Fire Ice - Frisco

We arrived at this restaurant on Friday, August 27th, 2021, only to find that it was closed. It is uncertain if they will be reopening soon, as even Groupon had to refund my purchased deal due to their closure.

The patio has great food, particularly the wings and fries which are delicious. The staff is friendly and highly professional.

Fire Ice is a fantastic sports bar that recently opened in Frisco. I took a seat at the bar and ordered a glass of chardonnay. The menu was somewhat limited due to COVID restrictions, so I opted for the fish and chips. The owner came over to share the story of how the bar came to be with his partner, and he was incredibly friendly. The customer service was top-notch! The bartender was also friendly and attentive. The fish was perfectly battered and not too heavy, and the chips were deliciously flavorful. I will definitely be returning for drinks, food, and to catch a game.

Awesomely delicious food beverage presentation!!! Just a bit under staffed which caused a bit of a delay with them only having one sever on a Saturday night.

Food and drinks were good and great food presentation. However they only had 1 waitress and 1 bartender for the whole place on a Saturday night. The bartender seemed to need help as drinks took forever to be made. And they need additional wait staff. Had the place been properly staffed the experience would have been great. Poor management skills on staffing.
