Bidra med feedbackThe fast food in the area has been a challenge to date. With 3-4 other places are heavily understated, and the food is not fast... or even food. This place is refreshing. It'll be my way, I've always loved chicken express.
Get food, they forgot the role, fries and gave me only the chicken / potatoes by the drive. Hood AF employees who lost a long-term customer to the Golden Chick opening in the vicinity right away.
I asked the drive-thru visitor if they had opened any fish... she said yes, so I ordered a 3 piece of fish dinner for me and chicken for my 10-year-old. Then you drove to the pick-up window. After waiting for 10 minutes, the participant told me they had only one piece of fish and it would be an additional 10 minutes waiting for the other two pieces. She asked if I wanted my money back. So it took 10 minutes to tell me there was no fish? She said yes and gave me this empty star. Then she said, Would you like a refund? I said yes, she gave me a refund slip for the entire order. What about the chicken? She said you still want the chicken? At that time, I was really irritating how most people could be. So I said yes I want the chicken and I shouldn't pay for it. I want to talk to your manager. She closed the window. 10 minutes later, a gentleman came into the window and said, Can I help you? This gentleman claimed to be the manager, but acted like a high school dropout street brawler. He called me buddy when he said that the fish was made to order. That I have my refund, what else do I want? I told him I wouldn't have ordered the fish if the participant told me there was no, I would have ordered chickens. Then he said if you want the chicken you ordered, you have to pay for it. I told him he didn't act like a manager. He told me he was the owner. I just ran away. Can you imagine his competitors acting like that? If you read this review, Mr. Manager/Owner, I'm not your buddy. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Charles
Only spent $60 pick-up chicken, half of them were stoned spicy deals that had no meat. You look like they were sitting there for a few hours. Staff had to know that they were not good enough to serve, but if you go through a passage, you will be screwed!
Zero stars would be better. Ordered via Door Dash, family tender meal was SIXTEEN dollars more than in store. Manager on duty said DD charges 30% fees?but only the meal was price gouged. Store was no help, DD credited me $5?.at least they cared enough to help. Plus, my extra $16 got me food, all obviously cooked in the same oil. Chicken tasted like fries, fries like pies, pies like fried pickles?.terrible!
