Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Frisco

Last week was my first time using this location i was used to the one on Stacey Rd in Mckinney, but unfortunately, they closed). I could not place my order over the phone which I get, most places will send you to their websites). I have moved from Mckinney to Arlington and every time i get an opportunity to come to the area, I used to call in my order 1 quart) and they would hard freeze it for me and when I get there, I would pay and use my rewards if any. I had forgotten the word hard freeze when I was placing my order so, i put on the instruction that I needed it to be put in the feezer because I was coming from Arlington, it was not. Today I have been trying to place an order as I will be in the area) but i am unable to use my points. I also have not been succesfull at getting anyone to answer the phone even though online it says the store is open). I have tried severally to no avail. Very disappointing

First time here and Ice cream was amazing. i loved my hot fudge sundae. the servers were also extremely kind and helpful. outstanding customer service. best ice cream i’ve had in a while definitely recommend the strawberry cheesecake. will be back with family and friends

The turtle sundae had a surprisingly small amount of ice cream. The small waffle cone had a surprisingly large amount of ice cream. I had to ask for a spoon and napkin. Cashier wanted to be somewhere else.

Last week I drive from Aubrey and they had no flavors. Today I drive from Aubrey and they are closed early. Even though I checked the flavors online first and there was not mention of closing early. Never again.

The blast toppings are so good, But the ice cream was watery and icey I rather get a whole cup of your cookie dough instead. I will be sticking with Handel's, Never coming again also it's really slow.
