Whataburger - Friendswood

Like all Whataburger locations the quality has decreased recently but still a good option.

There are people who can't stand customer service, it has already happened to me that I always order my fries without salt and they get upset because I make them fry potatoes again even though I always order them online and in my name I put fries without salt ...in short, quite a feat for them

Just ordered $35 worth of food through the app. The food was delivered to the wrong address and neither the delivery driver nor the restaurant would off any kind of assistance. Whoever answered the phone at the Whataburger location was rude and didn’t even offer to replace the order or refund the money. I order food delivered all the time so I know it’s possible to find my address. Shame on you Whataburger for this poor performance. I will not be spending money there ever again and I suggest no one else does either.

In takeout you have to check if they make mistakes with the orders ?
