Starbucks - Friendswood

Terrible service. I ordered 10 min before atleast 2 cars in the drive thru. Yet they were given orders another 5-10 min before me. Insane how they do not prioritize orders in the lobby. Then to top it off the order ends up tasting terrible.

This is my favorite location because my barista.besties work here!They always put a smile on my face and work fast with attention to detail. I will drive out of my way to go to this location if I'm not already running late. It really is worth it.

They usually make things right even with request and sometimes they don't seem happy about it but it gets done.Parking: Do not park in front of the bank or Schlotzkys bc they threaten to tow you.

What can I say? I LOVE Starbucks!!! I'm a very busy woman so I rarely if ever go inside. Just go thru the drive thru. Thursdays, I make my morning coffee stop here. They are the only place that is open at 5 a.m. for me to have my coffee in the morning. The matcha tea latte, cinnamon dolce latte, and cake pops are my go-to items, but everything else is just as good!

I only use the drive thru and I only order hot chocolate.That said: it’s consistent. I have mine at 135 degrees and it’s the perfect temperature. The people at the window are always nice and friendly. They always have nice things to say. Just very professional.This location is near my house, so they are my go to whenever I want hot chocolate. Thanks, guys!
