Kelly’s Cajun Grill - Friendswood

Eat here whenever we are hungry and at the mall and we are always happy. This place always has a great service and the food is always delicious. The Bourbon chicken is always our To-Go court and can never go wrong with it. We always get the 3 meat plate. Good portions and prices are very reasonable. We'll be back.

This is a casual Asian food spot in the mall, but it’s not really Cajun at all. If you frequent malls, you’ll recognize the typical mall vibe and taste here. The food is delicious, but it’s clear that it’s not something you should indulge in every day. They do allow you to sample before you buy, which is a nice touch. Personally, I like this place more than the similar option on the other side of the food court. The flavors at Cajun Grill are more to my liking.

I had the 1:1 plate with General Tso's chicken and green beans, along with a chicken egg roll, all for around $10. Everything surpassed my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided plenty of samples. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I believe the restaurant is no longer called Kelly’s Cajun Grill? Regardless, this Cajun Grill and Cafe offers great food! I didn’t encounter any issues with my meal, and their egg rolls are particularly impressive! Some chicken dishes may be a bit fatty, but they still taste delicious. It’s a little disappointing that shrimp comes at an extra charge, but seafood has always been slightly more expensive than chicken or beef. It's also a bit unusual that they charge 50 cents for drink refills, but that's just pocket change and not a big deal. The highlight of this place, though, is definitely the staff; they are incredibly friendly and understanding! I especially enjoyed interacting with two of the guys there, one of whom serves samples—it’s always a pleasure. If you have the opportunity, definitely place an order; while the food may not be top-notch, it's reasonably priced and the staff is wonderful! Sincerely, a regular worker at Baybrook Mall.

Good is always good! Bourbon Chicken is the best!!
