Jersey Mike's Subs - Fridley

My Worst experience ever for a sandwich store. First off, the guy that made my sandwich dropped his glove on the floor, picked it up, wore it and proceeded to make my sandwich with it. He then tells me the bread is fresh, Hella Fresh! which it wasn't. It was probably left over bread from a week ago because it harder then the gangsters in fridley. We talking bout the bread cut my gums and it was bleeding. then i tell him I wanted Mike's way which includes

If only every place had the same amazing customer service and friendliness as this Jersey Mikes!! While it is a chain, this Fridley location has small town feel. Brian the owner knows his regulars and now I will be a regular too based on our interaction. Food was ready in a jiffy but I stayed a bit longer just to chat. Additionally I was grateful for the care around each sandwich?s preferences, particularly my gluten free sub. I loved Jersey Mikes before, but now even more!

Such a wonderful experience. Very attentive staff, more than gracious with helping first timers as I was on my first visit. Since then , I have been back numerous times and have included friends and family. All loved it and will return on their own. I was able to spend a few mins with the staff and owner each time. They always make you feel welcome and appreciate your time. As a local, this is a much needed addition to our neighborhood. They also host fundraiser and support
