Best tri tip in town! Just picked up a combo plate, awesome BBQ! With Chili and Cole slaw. Definitely recommend checking this place out, great food and price.

Awesome BBQ! The Tri Tip Sandwich with Hutch's BBQ sauce is over the top delicious, definitely the best in the Valley. I would give this 6 stars if possible.

Finally tried this place and OMG the food is absolutely amazing and so we're the owners! We got combo plates and were only able to finish half of it! This is where we will be getting BBQ from now on! If you haven't tried this place yet, you need to!

I enjoyed a fantastic tri-tip sandwich tonight at The Best of the West Wrestling event. The seasoning and smoky flavor were both excellent. Thank you for a wonderful dinner.

I never have to search for BBQ food again. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. I am thrilled to have found this place!
