PF Chang's Fresno

The room was clean and open. The service was good The menu has changed and a desired dish does exist any longer. We order appetizers and a entree. The won ton soups dumplings were under cooked the fried rice was like warm and the peppers shrimp was soggy not fried correctly. Our 1st choice was Ruth Chris, but they were booked, so we ended up here. Big disappointment. 101.00 for a poorly prepared meal.

We tried sitting in the dining room...way too noisy and a party of 2 sitting in the middle of the mayhem of a Friday night service was just too much. Luckily the Bar area we like to frequent had tables available so we move there and had a wonderful dinner with cocktails while having the space to noise level much more to our liking.

It was my first time at PF CHANGS. I liked the sushi and the Pad Thai. I enjoyed the variety of dishes. Our order did take longer than expected and so we had to take sum food to go. I would go back.

The server was very attentive and considerate of our needs and requests!

The food was tasty. The waiter took a bit longer to bring us our drinks, but it was understandable because it was a crowded Saturday night.
