Olive Garden Italian - Fresno

Love the all you can eat salad and soup, and never ending pasta!!!

For me, as always, beside wanting to be satisfied with my dining experience, is the experience I have with staff. As, I was by myself, I sat at the bar and was served by Gracie. She was what you want from anyone you put your care into, kind, helpful,accommodating, vigilant and caring. And, as I had the unlimited Salad, Breadsticks and Soup, I and my body were happy witheverything. This is my second visit to Olive Garden after some 4 or 5 years and I will go back. You can?t go wrong with Gracietaking care of you! ????

Nearly exploded from happiness when I went here. This place gets extra points from me because Leo works there and Leo is a cool dude. But seriously. Laid-back and patient employees. Clean and crisp environment. Free water. With the free water, I got freebreadsticks. The man refilled my water 3 times with a smile on his face. Bathroom isn't nasty. Would come back for more freewater and toasted ravioli. Please hire me Olive Garden. ????????????

Went here and noticed that the silverware was dirty after we alerted our waiter of this she brought new silverware that was just as dirty as the previous silverware. Waiter and manager had a nasty attitude and when part of my party asked to cancel theirorders because it had been 30 plus minutes since we ordered the waiter canceled everyone's food. I used to love Olive Garden butthis by far was my worst experience at the restaurant.

Would have been 5 stars however looking at a dirty table sit for 45min wasn't pleasant and I doubt the patrons they sat right next to it weren't happy either as they ate and left rather quickly . Also our first waitress was very forgetful and inattentivefor example asked 3x for napkins and was served appetizers with no silverware or napkins had to get up and retrieve our own ,there were a few other issues but didn't sour our mood as we were there for a birthday and they were kind enough to put our cakein the fridge while we ate. The food was great I had chicken and shrimp carbonara portion was huge especially after soup andbread sticks .over all great place will definitely go back as it's a favorit
