Mcdonald's - Fresno

The kiosks never work, there's never any ice and no one is ever at the register.

Some of the staff are very unprofessional sometimes and the security is WAY too serious, makes you feel uncomfortable?

Homeless person standing in drive thru staring while ordered. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. I ordered to go, just two McMufin and two coffee. Only one person serving the food inside. They seem to be more interested in taking care of the drive-through. There was a big line of people inside waiting for their food, and the staff didn't seem to care.There were employees moving everywhere like chickens without heads, and there was no coordination. This was worst McDonald's that I have ever been to.

They were slow, I understand it is the morning but you should have the personnel to get the job done. This isn't the first time that this McDonald's has been slow.
