Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Fresno

This restaurant is not recommended. I was not greeted upon arrival and had to inform the cashier that I was ready to order. I ordered takeout and confirmed with the cashier that everything was in one bag. However, before leaving, I was asked to pick up another bag that was part of my order. When I got home, I discovered that one order of fries was missing. As I started to eat, I noticed that the beef patties were overly seasoned with black pepper, dry, and too salty. The cheese on the hamburger patty also appeared to have been sitting on the burger for some time. Overall, it was a waste of money as I had to throw the food away.

Ice cream shakes were good and cashier was great even offering a sample of the wing sauces to see whether we 'd like it or not. But the 3 flavors of wings we had were not that tasty, not spicy at all even though 2 of them were medium levels and the meat was kinda tough and chewy. Really disappointing for World famous wings. Burger we had was okay not great either.

Food was excellent. Our burgers were cooking too perfection. Made it a combo with fries and drink. Fries were nice and crispy!Food: 5/5

Had a craving for a burger and hit up this place. Mine was the western bbq. It hit the spot. Nice flavor, make sure you add bacon for that extra twang. Service was just ok though, ordered the original for my wife with no relish, and whatdayaknow, it came with relish on it. Had to remake and she was happy with the results. Will be going back, taking the extra step to check the order.

My kids burgers were pink and the cook said he will remake them not refund me his name was Jonas at the Clovis location
