Angela's Italian - Fresno

We ate here when we stayed in Fresno on our way from Yosemite to Sequoia national park. The male waiter was very nice and friendly, he was so happy to have international guests and talked quite a bite with us. I am not used to this amount of friendliness in Europe. It´s great.

Very friendly and attentive staff.Food was absolutely amazing, as always!Last visit I had the Angela 's Pasta it 's their signature dish and it was amazing!My wife and I have been dining here since they opened and it 's the first time I have ever had this dish! Ammmmmmazing!We 've been coming to Angela 's since they opened in the old Diciccos location by Whities Pets on Blackstone!I 'm telling you, fresh ingredients and homemade appeal.They toughed it out through the Covid debacle, and they seem to be doing solid today.Give them a shot. I prefer the small independent spots and this is a must visit and try, even if you think Italian is so so. They 'll make you an Italian Food Lover!

Food is always great! We always get to go and they are super nice. Can't really speak to the ambiance since we get it go to go.

Terrible post workout craving for Alfredo with chicken and shrimp, I added onions and mushrooms and was charged $3.50 additional.. but there were literally less than three mushrooms added, which I thought was pretty cheap... and two small slivers of onion. Come on. When a customer orders extra, you should at least give them their moneys worth. ... I was disappointed. The flavor and pasta were quite tasty, the shrimp was generous, but the chicken was not.... where is the balance here?My waitress was excellent and deserves five stars. She connects naturally, and listens well. ... was authentic and friendly. I was on a mission, this urge needed to be burned as it's infrequent so anything can go because I'm well disciplined. Really!I would definitely eat here again, but ask more questions .. I like that the menu is easily red, one of the few that nails it. The restaurant is roomy, comfortable, and the lighting was perfect... the music wasn't even too loud, which was appreciated.. looks like I'll be able to bring my dad here sometime.. good!The bread was dangerously good, and gone really fast. Tomorrow's a rest day so I'll only do 40 minutes on the elliptical with no weights... pecs get hungry! Lol-G

I felt like having lasagna for lunch. We decided to stop by here. This seems to be a nice small family owned restaurant. They served some really good home made bread. Crunchy, soft, and warm. It was genuinely so good. I ordered a half and half combo plate with spaghetti and lasagna. The sauce for both was very rich. I had a really good experience here.
