Marco's Pizza - Fremont

Person on phone was kinda short and rude. Had a large order for a company, already felt bad as it was but he made the experience much worse, on top of that putting me on hold multiple times when it could of been a 5-10 min phone call but ended up being 15min! I hate complaining but maybe some better customer service skills? Didn't even get to finish my thank you before I was hung up on!

Every single time I order the cheddar bacon loaded tots they NEVER put the garlic parm sauce on them. They just send dry, crusty tots every single time. They also never give me my side of ranch that I have to pay extra for. If it was just a couple times here and there, I wouldn't care, honestly. Stuff happens and people forget. It's every single time though. I'm kind of tired of getting dry tots.

I will now stop buying extra chicken because we are getting charged a lot of money for extra chicken to get seven pieces of chicken
