Munchies - Fremantle

We make the trip to Perth three times a year and the last two times have headed to Freo for a burger at Captain Munchies. Don't expect a fancy restaurant , very casual, take away or eat at the tables. Not fancy, but the food is great

I mean, I wouldn't go here every day of the week but if you have had a night on the town its worth a visit! They definitely do a reasonable box of chips and the staff are lovely. I must admit, after a night on the town I was a little intoxicated and I took an ice cream without paying but the staff were really nice about it when I went back to pay the next day!

I was running late and I was looking for a hamburger for lunch in the Freo area. I bought a hamburger here and the service was slow and the product was largely left because it was so poorly prepared. Could not recommend.

Whenever it's that time when everywhere's closed, there's Captain Munchies!Boasting a 24H kitchen, Munchies actually make great chips, fish and chips, seafood baskets, burgers, pasta and other simple dishes. I absolutely love Captain Munchies, and am proud to live in Freo where we have such a place, putting to shame all these places that shut so early (think Fish n Chips in Cottesloe - closes at 8pm on a Saturday!!)Not only 24H, but good, honest quality hot food at a very decent price.Thanks guys for always being there for us!
