Char Char Bull - Fremantle

Amazing views and very pleasant atmosphere. For two bottles of water we were charged $20 and when we complained to the friendly staff, they said there was nothing they could do. Being ripped off like that made for a very disappointing experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff but shocked by the cost of the still water~ $10 a bottle. We were asked if we’d like some water and we said yes.We didn’t realise we were about to be ripped off by the innocent question. Food was nice and the staff were sympathetic to our complaint saying there was nothing they could do.

Rude staff member came barging to the door, demanding aggressively if we were going to eat at the restaurant. This stemmed from us parking in the free restaurant allocated car space. We did intend to dine there, and were looking to see if there were tables outside. We are not local, so didn't know. After the rudeness from the staff member, we moved our car and dined elsewhere nearby and it was fabulous !!! I'm sure it is an ongoing issue with people parking in the car park and not going to the restaurant. However, don't tarnish everyone with this intention. There is a nice/polite to approach people.

Good service and good quality of the eye filet but pity the chef couldn 't cook it as I requested. Rare towards Blue was served Medium!!

We ate there twice during a week stay in Fremantle. Lunch one day and dinner one evening. Two excellent meals and first class service. Seafood lunch and a steak dinner- both excellent
