Niederhermsdorfer Hof - Freital

On a hike in the autumn valleys west of Freital with the many fruit plantations and picturesque wine slopes we are hungry. On the hiking map a handle pot was pulled and somewhat uncertain whether the information was still correct, we explored the way to the given place. There was little evidence in the surrounding area for a inn. The presumed parking was missing. The Niederhermsdorfer Hof has no direct road. And so we had to go to the restaurant sign in a wide entrance and so to speak from behind to the yard. The former farm was rebuilt multifunctionally. The owners operate a guest house and a bowling alley next to the restaurant and also live in a building wing. In a courtyard corner is a demarcated playground with a variety of colorful plastic tours and climbing castles. The farm has a small van. In front of the inn on the farm side there is a small terrace, which is beautifully located in the sun for lunch and shines through with a transparent roof covering. Everything is ill and makes a not unfriendly impression. On the terrace there are several rustic wooden benches and tables along the house wall. The interior is beautifully simple and rural with typical decoration. At this time of the day we took a place on the bright sun and sat on a wooden bench. The fast-moved menus contain the foods that are usually asked for beer drinks, such as carving, beef with roast potatoes, potato corners with cream and the like. There are some more on the map for children and also sweet desserts. The owner served us friendly, on the plates was a decent crowd. The quality of the dishes was solid. The panel on the plate was simple, but careful. A competitive inclusion of finished products offers a cost-effective quality. Conclusion: A friendly guest house with a strong local orientation.
