Skootr's West - Freeburg

Not a very promising staff, does not pay attention to its patrons. I sat right up front and saw 3 people walk in and out without being greeted by the staff sitting down by the kitchen. I ordered a drink to test the pour count.....they argued over it and used choice words about it saying who made it and why were you behind the bar. My waitress forgot to put the order of chipolte mayo on the ticket so my buns were dry. Had to flag her down halfway thru the meal. She never asked how i wanted the burger cooked, half was well done the other half was twice baked potato style. The best part about the experience was homemade chips and hearing the oldest person in there,probably 27, telling another girl to shut her f-ing mouth and that the all you can eat chicken takes an hr because she didn 't want anyone ordering it.

The location and the atmosphere are promising, However, the staff are as disappointing as the menu. Having ordered the special I had some optimism, but when the open faced beef arrived, it looked like a plastic meal. The roast beef was dry, mashed potatoes even dryer, and the gravy looked like it came out of a cold package; all this accompanied with heavily onions and corn with bacon. Salt might have made it better, but it was already heavily salted. Ive posted this twice already, not sure how or why it's been removed.

We were wanting to grab something quick to eat and this place has outside seating. The waitress shrugged her shoulders when we asked if they would serve us outside. It was the look like Gosh now I have to really work. We ordered water and a beer. She quickly brought our beers, but forgot our waters. She actually burped when she was taking our orders. I could not believe it. I ordered the grilled tilapia with out a bun and the creamy coleslaw. My friend ordered the Italian beef and fries, Our waitress commented that the beef was her favorite, we were hoping she wasn 't going to sit down and eat with us. She got my order correct, but it was not really appealing to the eye. It had a great taste, but after the burp I was just a little turned off. My friend ordered another beer and all of a sudden he got one handed to him over the fence, I think a bartender was sitting outside and it was just easier than walking back inside......

Wings are great. Go with Celli sauce, good balance of spicy and sweet. Friendly staff and fast service.
