Mcdonald's - Fredonia

The correct order was on the bag but all the food was all wrong inside.

Slow customer service. they never get the order right, it does not play any role, which time of the day they go there. even if u ask them to review the order, they say u it is correct and u still cause wrong, they invite things that they should not and I have always lacked something from my order and personal is very rude.

We orderd drinks and ate our Little Caesars pizza at the picnic table outside. Sad how poor customer service is. They don't even give you your drink cup anymore, you take it out of the dispenser at the counter. When I grabbed my 2 cups another one popped out and hit the floor. I set it on the counter stating to the workers that it fell on the floor. No one could just throw it away...every worker just kept walking past it and placing orders on the counter next to it. Sad how no one wants to do just that little extra or think for themselves.

15 minutes in drive thru. Should use the park feature to move the line along... food was good, hot... customer service at the pay window was above stellar! Young man was courteous, polite, and even apologized.

Doing a wonderful job with how short staffed you are. Hope this new GM can get this turned around she is always so polite and courteous. A lot better customer service the that last guy who was always treating people like garbage. Keep up the good work
