Pizza Hut - Fredericton

We've been here for years. Never had a problem with eating or taking out. Staff very friendly. Good meals. Great value for your money.

Every time and awhile I think it's a good idea to check back pizza hat. Then I realized it was a bad idea. Too expensive! I should stay with pizza friend, Lol.

Excellent. Great service. Wonderful customer service. Great food at great prices. Enjoy going back when we can.

I went to this place since it was reopened in the 80s. After our visit last night, it will be our last visit, of which I am sure! When my wife arrives, we sat at a table right away. I had to go to the restroom and when I noticed that it was rebuilt since I was last there. We almost always takeout. There's a toilet and a urinal. Whoever designed the hedge must have been about 80 pounds and 4 feet tall! This urinal is hardly capable of being locked in. It's like a practical joke. If someone were in the bathroom, they'd have to wait until you're done to get out! All right, okay, I'm here for the pizza, but when I get out of the bathroom, I see an employee and basically ask what about your bathroom? and tell her my experience that she's getting really defensive right away and tells me that she knows it's a problem, and everyone always tells her the same thing. So I said if it's such a big problem, why shouldn't you fix it? Well, the conversational argument that led me to get my wife and leave the restaurant before we ever ordered. No need to go into the details, but this lady was rude enough to tell me. I said what if someone were in there? You just have to wait! Seriously? Management owner, your employee costs you only 30 plus year customer. Just so you know. We'll never be back! There are other options in Fredericton. You might want to do house cleaning. If you are in customer service.... They serve your customers, not argue with them. I own a business and have never argued or fought with a customer. Why? Because I want to keep her business going.

Meh! Ordered medium with three toppings and thin crust. Over cooked, toppings were parsimonious basically a small’s worth of toppings, at best, on a medium with 1 1.5 inches of rock hard, inedible bare crust all around. Filled a hole at the end of the day, nothing more.
