Little Caesars - Fredericton

I bought a few items and found out after waiting one was out of stock so I asked for a refund. So far no issue however the woman working refused and said its not enough money to matter. It mattered to me that I paid for something and would be out of that money. When I said I didn't want another food option due to dietary restrictions she incredibly rude and said it shouldn't matter because it wasn't a lot of money. I bet 20$ she is pocketing peoples money.

Girl with glasses very rude and so is male who was working cash.. I called several times and they told me it’s too busy to answer the phone I looked around to nobody but one customer who ordered and one behind me.. he said well we just cleared it up.. I said okay so why aren’t you answering now as little did he know I was calling on my phone in line and watching them ignore it. They picked up while I was on the way and just hung it up. Terrible service and not even 5$ anymore so not even worth it

The food took a while to be served, about 10 minutes. The crazy break was not very cheesy and was undercooked. Overall, it was mediocre.

This restaurant was incredibly dirty and disgusting. The washrooms were the dirtiest I have ever seen, and the whole place was filthy. I left before my food was ready because of how unclean everything was. I couldn't believe how dirty and unsanitary it was - there's no way I could have eaten there.

I called to order a fresh pizza and was told it would take 10 minutes. However, when I received the pizza, it was clearly not fresh. When I called to address the issue, the restaurant claimed the pizza was made when I called, so I waited for nothing. To make matters worse, they hung up on me. This was the worst service I have ever experienced - they lied and were disrespectful. It is clear they need to make changes and start considering firing some employees.
