Vocelli Pizza - Fredericksburg

Ordered from this location over the weekend and used the online option for carryout. Got a variety of different items including 3 subs, a pizza, salad, and pepperoni rolls. I arrived only to be told that they ran out of lettuce earlier that day and could not fulfill the salad order. They were apologetic and did refund me for it. A few weeks ago, I ordered the pepperoni rolls and had a negative experience. However, after leaving a review, the store manager, Pearl, contacted me to apologize and offered to send me a new order for free. I have since ordered the same item on two separate occasions and both times the experience has been excellent. Pearl, the store manager, is very friendly and provides exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been ordering the pepperoni pizza rolls for the last year. This time out of the 8 in the box, 2 were just balls of bread, no pepperoni or cheese at all. I had the same thing happen with my last order but thought it might have been a simple mistake. But apparently it wasn?t. Quality has definitely gone down at this Vocellis.

I am very disappointed! I ordered delivery and tipped generously. However, it seems that now you have to order at least $18 worth of food. This was never a requirement before. I tried to use a menu coupon for a $10.99 deal, but they quoted me a price of over $25. When I called the Manager to inquire about this, all she said was that the menu has changed. While I love their pizza, I will never order from them again. The Manager did mention the rising gas prices, which I understand.
