Tokyo Express Iii - Fredericksburg

My husband tried this restaurant and absolutely loved the food. It was so fresh and hot.

The Singapore noodles appeared to have been reheated a few days ago. The texture was rubbery and didn't even resemble noodles. Typically, Singapore noodles are yellow when I order them from other restaurants, but these seemed old.

The food at this restaurant is delicious. I appreciate the variety, the friendly customer service that assists promptly, and the balanced flavors that are not too salty or spicy. The egg rolls were fresh, the chicken lo mein was flavorful, and the portions were generous. The prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend trying the hibachi chicken and shrimp with yam sauce during lunch.

Eating is decent my main problem was that she told me more for my food than what the menu price said. they said I had an old menu (that I had just from them 3 days before this.) they gave me a new menu with my order that had the same price as the original.

When I was ordering my food I ordered a chicken Chow mein I asked multiple times if it was like lo mein knowing some places call it something else and they said yes it was noodles. When I pick up my food and get home. It was just veggies with crispy noodles like for soup. I called them told them that’s not what I wanted and instead of making it right the kept saying that’s what you asked for I told you multiple times it was veggies. Which is not what they said if I’m asking for noodles they should’ve said it’s not noodles maybe you’re talking about Angel hair. Long story short they argued on the phone about not wanting to exchange it or refund me. NEVER ordering from here again (keep in mind I was calm the whole time and I’m a regular customer)
