Sophie's Bakery - Fredericksburg

Sophie has a 100. Birthday cake made for my husband's grandmother. I'm from East Texas and found her bakery on travel advisors. I've never been happy with any Bakery ever! The cake was not only one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, but it tasted so good. It was moist and not excessively sweet. The guests at the party went on and about how good the cake was. Thank you for this amazing experience.
