Mission Bbq - Fredericksburg

Awesome food, especially their brisket and mac and cheese. Their Cornbread is pretty good Aswell.Employees are nice and look like they love their job.As a military brat myself, I have to say I love the fact that they are honoring our vets and first responders.10/10

It does seem to be pricey for barbecue but the flavor and quality were A+

Best service ever!Brandon at the cashier was fantastic and provided a lot of details about recommendations! Being from out of town he was patient and welcomed the questions! Barbara in the restaurant lobby was awesome! She literally welcomed my co-worker and I offering info on all the sauces and history of the restaurant. She took pride in her job and was a breath of fresh air! Super friendly and even gave us both complementary strawberry shortcake! No too mention the food was bomb!

Great BBQ, beats a lot of the so-called BBQ places in the area. My problem is with the price. For $20 you get 2 small cuts of brisket, 2 single bones of ribs, 1 small side and a drink. The price point is higher than most full service restaurants for hardly any food. Great BBQ, it's a shame about the quantity for price.

We used Mission BBQ's Black Tie Menu and catering services for our wedding this past June in Culpeper, VA. They were extremely organized and great with communication. They went above and beyond with the presentation and set up at the event. The food tasted amazing on a hot summer night. We loved using them as a caterer and would highly recommend them for your wedding or next event!!
