Longhorn Steakhouse - Fredericksburg

Eating for an early mother's day dinner was delicious and service was great. I wish I knew how the name of my server was great, very upset with a full restaurant that was stopped by many times to make sure that we were satisfied, very in conversations and made us feel that we were their only table.

I went to LongHorn for the first time this afternoon and I ordered the lamb chops. The entrée comes with four good size chops on top of freshly mashed potatoes covered in some kind of sauce, that taste like heaven. And then, I also had freshly cooked asparagus on the plate. I will definitely be going back. I sat at the bar because it was super busy, and my drink that I got was also perfect. I believe the guy that served and waited on me was named Tristan! I will definitely be going back there soon. Worth every cent!

I hate I can't remember the name of the waitress but she was amazing! I left her a good tip. I will share that I got the blackened Salmon and whew was it hot!! It was cooked perfectly, just a little to much blackened seasoning for me. So depending on your taste buds keep that in mind.
