Dunkin' - Fredericksburg

They moved and the new location is awesome! The location used to be in the strip mall itself and they just relocated about a month ago to a brand new site right outside the Best Western. The new location is such an improvement. They now have a drive through, a huge seating area with couches out front, tons of indoor seating with outlets, the store is really bright now, clean bathrooms too.This a Dunkin/Baskin mix. The staff are usually younger but never had any problems. Usually super friendly and fast. Great selection of donuts and drinks. They have either self service check outs or you can order with staff. Love the new spot. Excited to see what's going next door.Vegetarian options: Bagels, donuts, ice cream.

Great dunkin. Mobile orders are always ready on time. If you order in the store and they are busy there may be a wait, but that is understandable.Vegetarian options: Avocado toast, hashbrowns, and many custom drinks are available. Non dairy milks include oat, almond, and coconut

Customer service is great. Summer is so sweet and helpful!

No customer service skills at all. Too busy chatting with a ‘regular customer’ to bother with anyone that walks in and just stands. Four employees and not a single one offered help until I asked about my mobile order. When I got to the car the order wasn’t correct either. Be better guys.

While the donut I got was okay, the coffee was not up to the usual Dunkin standard and I ended up dumping my coffee out when I got home. There were several other customers there and there seemed to be a great deal of confusion about who ordered what and making it according to the order. I hope they were just having a off day because they seemed to be training a new person.
