Chick-fil-a - Fredericksburg

Ordered food for my daughters and 4 people ordered after me....And guess what,.I got my food after everyone... My last time going to this location.

Very upset!! I waited over 15 minutes for simple sandwich entree. There were at least 7 employees and apparently not one could be bothered with a little customer service. This is not what I would expect from Chick Fil A, and I've never had this issue atany of their other local stores. I don't know what they cooked the chicken in, but within minutes after consuming it, I wasrunning for the restroom. Not the urinal either.

Food has definitely gone downhill. Soggy fries, cold food, and 20 minute long wait for food after ordering. The staff are very slow and lazy with none of the qualities chick-fil-a is known for. Any one of the other food places in the mall are excellentoptions. Save your time and money and eat elsewhere. Cheers!

I was so excited to have make my order of a market salad and Emily the team member was not very pleasant at all. She didn?t even say my pleasure at the end, I will be ordering at the south point location or any other location really normally Chick-fil-A isa very Pleasant place to be!

Ordered our food. Waited for 20 minutes while all other orders were filled, people after us got their order before us the young lady who handed us our food was rude! This place has gone down in customer service. Been coming here for years won't beback!
