Came in Sunday afternoon. It was pretty busy. Someone that works there let us know they would be right with us. We were sat. Lisa was our server. Everything was great! Food was good and came out in timely manner. Will definitely return.
Placed an online order, when we went to pick the it up the restaurant was closed due to a water main break. I realize that is out of the store's control, but why were they still accepting orders if they were closed? My credit card was charged for the order and now I am stuck disputing this charge with the credit card company. Other restaurant websites tell you if a restaurant is closed for some reason. The manager at this location really dropped the ball. This was the first time in four years we had visited Ruby Tuesday and our first online order. They did not make a good impression.
Only thing positive I can say is that the drinks were great. It took 25 minutes to simply get out beverages. Another 35 minutes to get any of our food. Our waiter not only ignored us most of the time but the simplicity of our orders seemed difficult for him. All of the food looked and tasted frozen or processed. On top of that we had to search for someone to get our check to leave. The prices do not match the service and quality of food and it explains why so many have shut down. Never again
They have been better with the new menu, it is still not as busy as the other chains in the opposite and that makes a quiet evening here
