The Country House - Freckleton

I went to this place to celebrate my daughter's birthday.Never in all these years of being in England have I experienced a service of this sort.The guy who took our order , was full of attitude and when I approached him just to tell him and we would like to repeat the order ad the portion size was less , he behaved in an absurd manner , and showed disrespect in his way of talking and gestures.The food was really good , but the entire mood of celebration was put off by his slimy attitude.I would appreciate if the management actually gives him a piece of advice lese am sure coz of him the customer service is definitely gonna go down the hill

I ordered a chicken tikka roll and I had been waiting for it about 4 hrs I just got really tired sitting down and I was getting really really hungry I even said to the manager many times where is my food? He would look at me and he would say I don't know? and in this restaurant I have never felt soo uncomfortable the manager is really rude he is always on his phone he does even care that someone is really hungry and been waiting for his food for 4 hrs such a disappointment so that's why had to literally walk out of that restaurant go somewherelse.

We had a meal here tonight with family and friends. Absolutely superb food and service.

Myself and my youngest twin daughter went to celebrate their birthday, but due to having covid my eldest twin wasn't able to come tonight. The food was tasty and the wait between courses was short. Whether this was due to it being a Tuesday or not I'm not able to say. Only that the portions were very filling. We had a sharing starter for 2, then only ordered 1 garlic naan and 1 vegetable rice to share. Everything was amazing. I had chicken mansoor for the first time and will definitely order again. Well recommended
