Bidra med feedbackI'm giving 5 Stars because I love going to Big John's Grill. I haven't been in Frazier Park for four years and only ever visit from Australia and stay on the mountain for a few months at a time when I am here. But when I'm in town, Big John's Grill is one of the places I'll eat at if I'm going out for a meal while in the area. It has quite a large variety of choices on the Breakfast Lunch menu. It's always consistent in what it serves and the prices are reasonable. And I must say, it was lovely to see Zoya again. She always seems to get bad service reveiws because she doesn't seem to play the part of the welcoming waitress according to folk's expectations but I enjoy seeing her and am grateful she was there today when we popped in for brunch.
Absolutely loved it here. Next time we travel to Southern California and back we plan on stopping here.
Definitely didn't feel the welcome feeling walking in. No smile, no small talk, just a plain hood morning. Food was OK. Definitely could've done without the coffee. Not good at all.
For what I paid I expected better. The stuffed pancakes had no flavor. The strawberries were bitter, I couldn't finish it. It left a bad taste in my mouth. The country fried steak was too chewy. At least the eggs, hash brown and sausage links were good.. I guess this place is not for
In my humble opinion, this was not a great place. The food was ok, I have been all over the country from Tennessee to Oregon and in between but this place has the worse tasting coffee ever. It tasted like it was percolating using old pennies. But the lady was super nice and no use in complaining.
