Jersey Mike's Subs - Fraser

This location is always my go to for a quick bite to eat! Mike and his staff are always on top of their stuff! When I went in yesterday the young woman there, Brooklyn, met me by the slicer to take me order. She is always so kind when I'm there, she treats me like a friend more than a customer which is a nice change of pace compared to some other fast food options. I got the giant #9 on the rosemary parm bread and it was delicious! She took the extra minute to weigh my sub to ensure I was getting my money's worth, which after paying almost $20 for a sanwhich, I appreciated. I was even given a couple coupons for my next visit at the register. I will always recommend this location to friends and family, so much better than the others!

First time in a Jersey Mike's Sunday morning 11-5 a young man named Colin Who turned out to be the manager Built My Club Sub and when it was time to pay he did something nice said, no charge. Thank You again I am a new customer and I will spread the word, and that was the most flavorful sub out there ?

Servers were very rude, I was on the phone with my boyfriend and he was picking up an order that I placed by phone. The server said that they have an automated system that did not take orders after 830pm online or over the phone. I place the order at 820, My boyfriend says okay cool can I just replace the order right now, and the server said yes and proceed to say he is not trying to be there all night and how irritating the situation was. I am hearing the server complaining over the phone. I told my boyfriend to stop him from making the order because I refuse to spend money on a place that disrespects their customers…

If I could give Collin and his team 10 stars I would!! After the store on Van Dyke gave my prepaid $200 catering order to a door dasher and made zero efforts to resolve the matter. We called the Fraser store and they were able to help us out in a pinch!! Thank you to everyone who acted fast and worked quickly to make our order!! You are the best and we will be back next time we are in the area!!

Went inside today to place an order for a sub , this was my first visit to this location .The place was spotless and the two employees I spoke with , one took my order and the other made my sub were great , very friendly and professional , two nice guys .One was Michael but don’t know the name of the other one .I ordered a Regular 13 with rosemary parmesan bread and the sub was fantastic !!!!It weighted a ton , which means it was loaded , not just lettuce but a lot of meat and the bun was probably the best sub bun I’ve ever had , really tasty and fresh .I got the oil vinegar on the side .Overall a great job and a great sub !!!
