Gourmet Im Karner - Frasdorf

Stayed for 1 night on our drive back to Holland. Very friendly reception, nice big room, including a crib for our kid.Dinner was expensive but very good so worth the money in my opinion.Breakfast was excellent, all fresh and very tasty including sausages and (scrambled) eggs.

Very cozy guesthouse with spacious rooms. beautiful atmosphere, spa area very well maintained. that eats off from otherwise in this contrary usual. a reservation is required in the restaurants.

From the greetings to the various outstanding. beautiful hotel, clean, courteous, sympathetic, polite and attentive. eat mega tasty, operation a bang. simply complete successful holiday. we are coming back

We are about once a month at the carnival to eat, be it on birthdays, annual days, happy days or just so. and every time we are happy because we have never been disappointed. the ingredients are regional tasty, the processing top and the presentation perfect. the service especially by woman lazarus is simply super courtesy and cordial. Special wishes or a special dessert for birthday are filled with love. Whether vegetarian, vegan or with meat/fish, the map is varied and creatiw. to kick a fine rosé champagne, then a seasonal lavish, the dumpling trio and the hot cream to finish...mmmhhhh!We are already very happy to have such a great local close to us:

One way forward, the cook is not to envy. he makes what can be seen at least on the tellers a good job. on the afternoon an excellent apfelstrudel. the eating in the evening was also very good, unfortunately the gourmetstube was closed.Now for negative evaluation.In case check in the room is not shown what is not necessarily negatiw to be worth, but unfortunately the room 304 is not mentioned anywhere and is located at the outermost zipfel of the very angled hotel area. the room itself is idyllic and generous. we had reserved for 3 people, but unfortunately it was only equipped for 2 persons with hygiene articles such as hand towels and the like. Unfortunately, even after our dinner at 22 o'clock, the room was only after remembering in the restaurant (reception no longer occupied) and prepared for sleep.In the evening the service was the purest catastrophe. from trained, professional service no trace. the lady who served us had no warning and served false food, gassed three times ordered drinks. to serve the food across the table and then also wrong, is not going to go for a house recommended by the gourmet. a rosé ordered...forget it even that it was a rosé.The look for the outside could have been very nice, if you removed the numerous glasses of the drinks consumed on the afternoon. unfortunately, the outside area seemed unattended and neglected. the tables were not wiped, although little customer movement was. Conclusion: good to very good kitchen, gas house historically beautiful. service renounces the whole stay and the price is not appropriate to the offered.It should be a nice midstop on the holiday trip, which is failed to hurt.
