The product proposed by this ice cream shop is simply another category: we are not even talking about gourmet ice creams, a modal definition that I would find quite reductive for the creations found here. If there was a Michelin guide for the ice cream parlors, here we would be on the three full stars. In essence, this place, now referred to as Gelati Di Vini, deserves a visit from outside the region, as it is exceptional. Exceptional.

Initially gourmet ice creams were relegated to a few tastes, fruit of the manager's passion, along with those so to speak traditional. We did an apericena at the friends' house and... Dulcis in fundo... there was an exceptional ice cream that we discover coming from this excellent ice cream parlor of Frascati, made with a wine base. The taste we tasted is first for me! Cherry and gambrinus followed by wheel from Ancient Rome with cinnamon and almonds then we tasted passion fruit pear and prosecco and Malvasia and orange. Saying delicious is reductive. I also discovered that they use to make some tastes Salvaderi's milk (happy cow milk) no comment... goodness and quality.
