Home Town Cafe - Franklinton

I've eaten my first time at Home Town Cafe. My girlfriend family gets her together for breakfast. The meat lover Omelett was very good.

New in the area. Yesterday, BBQ had on a bungalow. Had no real taste of taste. Waitress was good. This afternoon for lunch and their spaghetti with meat sauce Wednesday special. It wasn't hot, only warm and had no taste. I complained, but nothing was done. Worst spaghetti with meat sauce I ever had. Very limited cafes in this area, but probably not back.

Food is pretty good and decent prices. Good farm chef. My only complaint is when she is busy (especially on Saturday?) they take her phone out of the hook that is very uncomfortable, because then you need to go to place your order and wait a while for your food.

Had the catfish and shrimp. The food was delicious. I am a great seafood lover and they make some of the best seafood. Better than fish restaurants. Besides the southern kitchen, which is wonderful.

We live in Smithfield visit my mom-n-law often in Kittrell. We chose this place to eat lunch was highly disappointed. Not only did we sit for a while before a waitress came, but after ordering, our food was delivered warm. No one came to offer refills or give us any attention. We had to go to the counter to get a to-go container our own refills. The waitress informed us that they didn?t have a shortage in wait staff (plenty of them were there). The manager went around to the tables but not ours. Please tell me why we received such awful selective service?
