Delivery Driver Review: I’ve had a consistently positive experience picking up from this place for quite a while. I remember that during my first or second visit, there was a delay, but since then, I’ve made at least 10 pickups without any issues. This restaurant typically isn’t too busy, especially when you compare it to the chaos at the Chipotle next door, so I rarely have to wait, and if I do, it’s only for a few minutes. The staff always acknowledges me promptly. While they may not go out of their way to be overly friendly, their efficiency is what matters most to me. I’m happy to continue picking up from here anytime.

I have been visiting this poke restaurant and others in the area for years, and it was once one of my favorite places. The staff used to be friendly and courteous, providing generous portion sizes. However, I don’t know if there has been a change in management, but during my last several visits, the staff has seemed cold and my experience felt incredibly rushed. Additionally, the portion sizes have shrunk significantly compared to what they used to be and what you find at other poke places in middle Tennessee. Unfortunately, this is now the worst option among them. The only positive aspect of this place is their wasabi aioli, which the others lack. I really hope they invest time in training their staff to be more patient and friendly, and that they reconsider their serving size and selection to improve the overall experience.
