Papa's Pizza To Go - Franklin

Papa was absolutely my favorite pizzeria place, but I have problems with them for a while since they postponed their service, has gone. from phone calls don't go thru, don't pick up the phone and get a shot to tell me they don't have delivery drivers, but then I see them coming to my neighbor. I don't understand that someone wants to work, but doorkeepers and the big pizza chains keep drivers and as much as I hate going anywhere else, I just give up trying to get pizza from them more. That makes me sad.

Really great pizza! Remembered me made home. Clean dining area and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend trying this place because I will return definately!

I've been a patron of Papa's pizza in the last 10 years since I lived here in Franklin. I've sent so many people to this company. I can't order them anymore. Since they are sites and what seems to be owners, the food and customer service has really gone downhill. I just spent a good amount of money on pizza that I have to reheat. I called and told them, but all that was said to me was that it should not be cold, it was in the warmer. How really, I don't live far away, I should have had it myself. I order pizza so I don't have to cook to not heat everything.

The food was great before. Not so much now! With the price increases the quality is not worth the money.. And then you have the text message and only offer??? What is that it is not for loyalty to go orders and their name is called papas pizza to go!

Great pizza, sandwiches, salads. Prices are good. Fast and friendly service. We've never had a bad meal. And you can dine in at their new location.
