Thought white rice is sometimes half cooked, same with lo mein noodles. Fried rice is not as tasty as it should, something is missing. Also, shrimps aren't cooked well. Still overall, food was good and staff is fast and courteous.

This is a great location. The customer service and employees are always excellent. The store is always clean. It is in a great location for grabbing go lunch in the Cool Springs area. The food is always hot and fresh. If you were in the area and looking for a decent Chinese meal, this is a good place to stop by.

Dear Mr. Greg,Please don't ever again get offended and catch an attitude, because a customer walks in and sees you cleaning and ask if you're going to wash your hands, before serving them.That should be FOOD SERVICE 101. If you're in the middle of doing a task, especially cleaning, before serving anyone, you should stop, wash your hands and then PUT ON GLOVES.You didn't even put on gloves after washing your hands and then had the audacity to flip my chow mein noodles that were hanging off the edge into my bowl with your bare hands.UNACCEPTABLE!!!Vegetarian options: They now offer Beyond Chicken.
