Pancho's Place Franklin

I placed a to go order. My order was a grilled chicken quesadilla, no beans. Received a steak, took it back to be replaced. It was replaced, with a “grilled chicken quesadilla.” However this meal didn’t taste authentic. The chicken taste like it was boiled chicken with a lot of salt on it. The cheese was clump up only in one area. The rice was over cooked. It was cooked like refried rice. The chips wasn’t hot nor warm. Just greasy and bland. The salsa was flavorless as well. Didn’t receive utensil, nor napkins. I had to ask. It wasn’t busy as to why the quality of my food wasn’t up to par. I’m not sure if this is regular service, or the cook was having a bad day. Maybe it’s different when you dine in. The young lady that was the cashier apologized and was polite. Another lady that came in during my exchange. Only wanted to acknowledge the few customers dining in. I assumed because she was focused on the tips. However a greeting or excuse me would be suitable. Instead taking the food with no eye contact, and rushing off. Especially when the restaurant wasn’t busy. I could skim the room and count the guest, very quickly.

I recommend none like this. I come from Miami, and I have never had the experience I had in this place. I placed an order and they made a mistake and the next day they replaced my order and I didn't pay anything. They are very responsible. I will always return. The food is excellent.

Friendly waiter and delicious food! Had the Hawaiian stir fry and it was so good.

Great food, plentiful amounts, reasonably priced. Our server accommodated our every request. Recommend highly! Parking: It's located in a strip mall so parking isn't an issue.

My husband and I ordered take out today for the first time from Pancho's. We both did a 2 item combination plate and when we got home found neither or us received our rice and beans. Shame on us for not checking the order, but it didn't leave a good first impression. The shredded chicken burritos were good. The seasoned ground beef burrito was very salty. Both burritos had a very good mild red sauce but an overabundance of cheese. I like a lot of cheese but this was over the top. My husband liked the Chile relleno. The chips tasted very stale and we each ate one, put aside, and grabbed a bag of our store bought tortilla chips. Probably will not be returning as there are many other good Mexican restaurants around.
