My server was nice, I got my food less than 3 minutes after I ordered, and it was delicious.

Yesterday, my fiancé and I came to this establishment for the first time. We were craving a good burger, and my fiancé suggested we try this place out. The service that we received from Maurice was fantastic! We were also warmly greeted by the hostess and were given a nice farewell from all of the staff members that we saw on our way out. We were definitely impressed with the service aspect and found it refreshing to be in an establishment where the staff seemed happy to see you instead of looking at you, like they don't want to be bothered with your business lol. A little feedback on our meals. My fiancé ordered the Do Gooder burger, and the pepper jack mac and cheese that came on it was terrible. It tasted watery with a hint of lighter fluid. Also, the oreo milkshake I ordered was not thick, more on the runny side. Regardless, our food was tasty for the most part. I had a classic cheese burger with bacon and hand cut fries. Really good! We especially loved the cheese curds that we had ordered. Great cheese pull, and the curds are gigantic! I was intrigued by the bleu cheese warm potato salad, so naturally, I had to try it, lol. While my fiancé didn't care for it, I, on the other hand, liked it a lot!Overall, we had a great experience and are looking forward to bringing our children back on the next visit. We also think this would be a great place to treat our employees at our next outing as well! When we do, we will be requesting Maurice! ?

First time eating here, Not as good as people hype it up to be but it is good. Their cheese curds were HUGE those were pretty amazing, my burger was meh tatsed like any ordinary burger Culver's burgers are better in my opinion more flavorful. My son got the pb shake pretty tasteless didn't have much of a pb taste the store bought reeses pb ice cream had more pb flavor. Overall I'd go again for the cheese curds not so much the burgers, it's a place to try once at least just to say you did kind of place. Our waitress was amazing.

I ordered on the Milwaukee Burger Company website directly for delivery. Turns out someone picked up my order but it wasn't the delivery driver assigned to my order. Store manager Crystal came to the rescue! She asked if I would rather have a refund or the food and I stated the food as it was dinner for the family. She had the order remade and delivered by the correct delivery person who arrived to find out the order was already picked up by someone else. Order arrived (little later than anticipated, but was not the restaurant or drivers fault).I could have been blown off, which I was really afraid was happening, but it all worked out. Food Ordered: 2 burgers (Wisconsin Sourdough Burger and The Hangover Burger), chicken sandwich and cheese curd sampler. Every item was delicious! I think next time we'll dine in. SHOUT OUT TO STORE MANAGER CRYSTAL FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!

Ordered online for a curbside order. Got there about the time the website told me it was ready. Called and was told the food will be brought out to me. After 30 minutes of waiting realizing nobody was coming out, I decided to go in. Well, my food is just sitting there on their counter. I am highly disappointed with the service I received.
