Mcdonald's - Franklin

I'm a big fan of McDonalds. Love my website in Bloomfield Hills MI. Tamala was the best greeting with the most beautiful, helpful and friendly personality I met in numerous McD visits in my 3 weeks holiday in several states. As always, my food was perfect there as it is in most stores. TAMALA made the stop special!

One of the kiosks was down. The Coke machine was down. I had two special special orders and they messed up both of them. One no pickle and one no onion. And they couldn't even get that right. Although I did get free apple pies for the messing up the order

The lobby was full, the drive-through was wrapped around, and I saw 2 angry customers within the first 5 minutes of being there, but this establishment deserves 5 stars. The employees were working their tails off and remained calm the whole time, the food was great and so what if I had to wait a little longer? We're in the middle of a pandemic, people. Everybody is doing what they can and businesses everywhere are short staffed. Great job, guys. Keep up the good work.

We couldn't enjoy breakfast before it got dark. However, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. There were a few other customers during our visit, but the floors were consistently clean, and the bathroom was well-stocked. We chose to check out Ekplise instead of going to our initial destination. The manager was welcoming and made sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience.

We were on our way and decided to stop at this McDonald's for dinner. The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. When I got home, which was five hours away from that McDonald's, I realized I had left my bag hanging on a chair there. I called them, and they confirmed they had it safe. Staff members Anna and Emily were kind enough to send it back to me, and I can't thank them enough!
