Mcdonald's - Franklin

Recently remodeled(a good new owner? after previous a few more times works like this as I see. Enough workers, especially fresher with more vegetables on quarter pond cheese and clean bathrooms and decorations like clean hotel level. Thank you nowadays open lobby.

Horrible burger, tasteless, with nothing. Even though I ordered a Big Mac

I went to the one in Brentwood, and it was after 7am. The lobby was locked, and a couple young workers were walking up to the door. I didn’t realize they were workers, so told them the door was locked. He very rudely said “Probably because they are closed”. Really at 7am?!?! No note on door, but another worker came to the door and opened for them. Not to unlock it, just let them in.

Not busy at all order inside at the counter waiting 6 mins for hamburgers@ French fries was 3 people on the drive thru 1 person on the counter u can watch were the priority is !!!! Go thru the drive thru it is a lot faster even 6 cars in line got there food before us

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 different combo meals .. I get back toWork and I had received a bag w 2 single cheeseburgers with nothing on them. Not even close to the crispy chicken deluxe mark nor the Big Mac meal that I actually ordered. Shame on me for notLooking in the bag. No receipt in the bag so I did have the piece of receipt showing 2 burgers nothing on them. I tried calling the store 4 times to tell them .. just an answering machine . I go back today and discuss with the manager Jaime and he states he will only give me one combo meal , not the 2 that I had originally ordered . I told him I tried to call and he said we answer the phone. I walked outside called the number and guess what …. No answer . I went back inside to get the half order that he was going to give me . This man is rude and should not be the up front counter person with an attitudeLike he has . He is the big manager there. I come back to leave this review and read a bunch of the other reviews for this particular one and they are horrible. This man should be fired or retrained ..
