Chili's Grill - Franklin

Wow. And not a good wow. I haven 't visited this location in a couple years. Boy, has it gone downhill. The inside of the restaurant is just gross. The floors try to steal your shoes, the entire place smells strongly like cheap air freshner, the women 's restroom is in serious disrepair in addition to needing a good cleaning. The staff seem tired and inconvenienced, why have a hostess if they just point you to a couple options and direct customers to seat themselves. Not even a 'Hello, welcome in. And now the food. I ordered the Quesidilla explosion salad. The quesidilla may as well have been chips. It was so over cooked and dry and crunchy. The chicken that is supposed to be grilled was cold. Looks like they just opened some frozen grilled chicken and tried to pass it off. I won 't be going back to this location anytime soon.

I would not recommend this place. I went in to place an order, and when I walked in, nobody acknowledged me. I did have 3 associated look my way, but they walked off. I guess phones are more important than customers.

We went in to have dinner they wanted us to put the put on a wait because they didn’t have a server. The hose so we can sit at the bar. We went to try to sit at the bar and told we couldn’t because I have kids so we left call back to the restaurant to talk to a manager and the manager said we don’t have a server so we can’t serve you why would the restaurant be open if they don’t have people to be served they don’t know how late the employees are running so there’s no telling how long we would have to wait bad experience in bed

Terrible service period! Not that many in the restaurant and our waiter took approximately 14 minutes to acknowledge us. However She kept talking to one particular group of people. I observed with another group that sat across from us. We actually timed the waitress She converse with that one group of people for 40 minutes. Workers from the kitchen and bar started assisting us. Never going back to that location ever again!

Usually good food was just above mediocre. Fries were stale, southwest salad was sad and depressing. Un attractive Lettuce with bland chicken, small amount of tortilla strips. Dressing was good. I know things are tight but I own a restaurant and I would be ashamed to serve what we go.Food: 2/5
