Chicken Salad Chick - Franklin

We got dinner from chicken salad chick for the first time. I tried the turkey bacon club meal. It was a very good meal and came with a Cheryl cookie, pickle spear. and then a side. I had a fruit salad side. Parking is free, and there is a decent amount of it. The inside is nice. I'm not sure if this is a good place for kids, but you could try. The prices are okay. I think it is good value for the money. I enjoyed it and will likely try it again.

Our family tried this place today. I had the Classic Carol, my husband tried the Kicking Kay Lynne, and my Dad had the Jalapeño Holly sandwich. My husband thought his sandwich was “alright.” Needless to say, Dad and I thought our sandwiches were just ok. The sides were even worse than the sandwiches. The pasta salad tasted like it’s about 2 weeks old: dry and odd tasting dressing. Just horrible. The grape salad was just ok. Overall a huge disappointment.

For a quick pop-in spot, they have things ready as soon as you walk in inside individual containers and also a full menu at your disposal. Great spot if you want to have a quick lunch or to sit down and catch up with friends.Food: 5/5

Great place to have lunch! My mom and I stopped in for a bite to eat while in Franklin for a doctors appt. I've never been to a Chicken Salad Chick before and was very reluctant as I only like homemade Southern chicken salad (adds a touch of mustard). The staff was very accommodating allowing for me to try a sample before ordering. I ended up ordering the Classic Carol BLT on a croissant with a side of Chicken tortilla soup. I was very pleased with my choice and would order it again. My mom ordered the same except she had the loaded potato soup which also was very good. I can't say enough about how customer oriented and friendly the staff were on our visit!Kid-friendliness: We saw lots of children enjoying lunch while we were there. Kids love the cookies.Parking: The location is great as there are not a lot of options yet in that area of town. However, the Starbucks traffic is wild and dangerous to patrons entering and exiting the building.
