Bidra med feedbackThe food might be acceptable, but the service is truly disappointing. The manager—at least I assume he's the manager since he usually stands at the cash register and wears glasses—shows no effort to welcome customers. He declined to seat us, even though there were plenty of empty tables available and the hostess was outdoors seating other guests who wanted to sit outside. When I went to settle the bill, he was busy speaking Spanish on his cell phone the entire time. He never acknowledged me, discussed my total, mentioned the service we received, or encouraged us to return. His behavior was incredibly rude, to the point that I felt compelled to write this review about how poorly my family and I were treated. This is the third or fourth time we've attempted to dine at Cazadores. While the patio is charming and a great spot for warm evenings, the pleasant atmosphere alone isn’t enough to bring us back. I recommend looking elsewhere; there are plenty of other places with better Mexican food and much friendlier staff.
