Bidra med feedbackFirst time visiting this location, and i can't say we'd go back. It was Halloween evening so not very busy. We sat at the bar as we usually do because the bartenders are always super friendly at our home location. This particular person didn't feel like she she needed to exert much energy to serve us, much less be friendly. The food was quick, correct and tasty.
This place is horrible for online ordering. This is the second time I have tried ordering online. Both times it gave me a 30 minute window for pick up . I arrived 5 minutes past the 30 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. Today I was still waiting 30 minutes after the promised time. When asked about my order they stated they couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. Very rude works!! When you promise a time it should be ready to go within 5 minutes of the time promised. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
This place is the worst BWW I have ever experienced! After placing a take-out order online on Sunday, I was given an 11:40 am pickup time. When I arrived, I found the order wasn 't ready yet. No big deal, a short wait I assumed. 30-minutes later, no order. I went to the desk to inquire on when it would be out, and nobody was managing the take out desk... And, I mean NOBODY! I waited 20 more minutes and nobody came to the counter. So, I took it upon myself to interrupt a passing employee to get help. A manager was summoned, and I was told that they had no idea when my order would be ready! The order is now almost an hour late by this time. I asked for a refund, of which I was told I could get if I had the last four digits of the Apple iPay account that was used to place the order. My son had placed the order from home and I didn 't have his number, nor did he have it when I called to get it from him. He had no idea what it was or how to get it! Since the Apple iPay account was connected to my debit card, I asked the manager to refund me in cash. He refused to do this, saying that it was against policy. This policy is illegal, as the law clearly states that merchandise ordered and paid for on a debit card must be refunded in cash, if the customer demands it. He told me it was a Buffalo Wild Wings policy, and he basically didn 't care about the law. So, I couldn 't get a refund on an order that was over an hour overdue and nobody at BWW could tell me when it would actually be out. Real nice! This happened to me back on Superbowl Sunday in 2021, and I was never able to get my money reimbursed, until I disputed the charge with my bank. I guess I 'll have to dispute this charge also. But, this will never happen again, as I will never do business with this sorry excuse for a restaurant again!
You can't treat customers this way and expect to stay open. We hadn't been to BWW in a long time and decided to give it a try again. The waitress let us know up front that the food will probably be brought out as its ready, we said that fine. The 3 kids ordered wings, I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap, a side of Fries and wife ordered a salad. The kids food came out in about 10-15 minutes and about 40 minutes later My wife and I still didn't have our food, I had to find the waitress and have her cancel the remaining part of our order. I get people are short staffed, but this waitress rarely checked on us, never updated us on our progress and as I'm paying for the food, 1 hour in, they thin bring out the salad and chicken wrap and fries. I told them we are leaving and they didn't apologize or offer to give us the food they finally brough out. We will not be going back.
It took asking 2 different people before someone let us know if we should seat ourselves or be sat by a host...we sat ourselves. One person's order came out wrong (wrong type of burger) after about 45 minutes. A manager finally came and said 5-10 minutes to get the right burger. After everyone else was done eating and still no correct burger, I told our server (who never checked back about our food, which is why we talked with the food runner and manager) we had the wrong burger, never got the right one, everyone else was done eating, so please just take it off the ticket. THEN, then manager brought out the right food and did take it off the ticket. We still had to chase down our server multiple times to get our ticket and pay. We won't be going back again. It's a shame, my son used to work there but it isn't the same now. Got there hungry and left starving!
