We went for a family birthday party for lunch. The announcements during the reservation by email were already very clearly formulated. We have to be there by 12:15 p.m. at the latest, there can only be one bill, orders for the kitchen can only be placed by 1:30 p.m. at the latest. Unfortunately, it was then on site in the same tone. The boss was very unfriendly in the service and obviously annoyed. The second waiter was very careful and made up for it a bit. The food was ok but nothing special and took over 1 hour to arrive. The ambience in the guest garden is very nice, but we didn't feel welcome.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und das Frühstück war fantastisch. Das Essen im Restaurant war großartig, und es gibt einen zum Hotel gehörenden Badestrand.

In den Speisen steckt viel Liebe und Können, und die Zimmer sind in einwandfreiem Zustand. Der Garten ist schön gestaltet, und der Badeplatz ist sehr einladend. Das Wirtsehepaar ist wirklich freundlich und hat alles im Blick. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Spielraum für Kinder, und die Nähe zum See ist natürlich hervorragend. After arriving in Holzöster, we 7 adults wanted to end the evening with dinner and a cozy get together. When we entered the restaurant, which by the way seemed empty, the boss came up to us and asked if we had made a reservation. When we said no, he said very rudely: there is nothing without a reservation and I don 't do anything anyway because of 6 7 people . That was to put it mildly a clean eviction. Obviously the Seewirt doesn 't need to serve casual customers, the restaurant was definitely not full! What really annoyed me was the extremely rude tone no explanation, no apologies. A clear unsatisfactory from me. A few kilometers away we ate and drank excellently 7 adults consume quite a bit!
