The food is delicious, also the cocktails. The location is of course great; from the roof garden you can see in parts of the city. The prices are also good for Frankfurt. The only thing is that you have to actively fight to get the attention of a waiter. The service leaves too much to wish, but maybe they had only a bad day.

This location and the food just speak for itself. Mega view, fantastic food and friendly services with good mood. What more do you want to spend time with family and friends?! Waiting time was absolutely appropriate, service very attentive! Even if the visit to Christmas 2019 was and is already a bit out, I don't want to miss a positive review here!!!

Delicious as always! In addition to a good food and friendly staff what really has a lot to run, you have a super nice view on the rooftop terrace. A visit is always worthwhile here.

Food and service super. It's a big place. You can sit outside and inside. Parking on the street is super expensive, but if you eat at Alex and park directly in the mall, you can park one hour for free and if you go shopping, even two hours and saves 8 euros.

We stayed in Alex last Saturday afternoon and enjoyed the delicious lemonade and the views. At night we had a delicious curry sausage with pommes. On Sunday we started the day with an extensive brunch. And now to Essence: Location: incredible! Homemade Limo Hammer! Curry was great! Absolute highlight: the brunch buffet! Who finds nothing for himself lives in a parallel universe! Quality and price are unbeatable for this location. Although each of the three times the roof terrace was well visited, the staff was quick and friendly. Since my partner and I both come from the service area, we appreciate what each of your employees also do the good spirits in the background, for example kitchen etc. In a restaurant of this size to keep an overview of the service respect! We would have been ready to wait for our hot drinks, as announced 20min. We didn't have to! They came earlier. We could not feel the lack of personnel. Especially as I pray to man, they meet me!
