Sorriso - Frankfort

Perfect dirty martini and bleu cheese oliven! the brot was so fresh and light, we had the chicken parm and that was delicious and our server was really the icing on the cake. very sweet girl answers all our asking and gave great suggestions to be along with attention. the owner was present, served meals and clearing tables. a rustic restaurant, they can say the ingredients are fresh! we're coming back. thanks, sorriso’s

Here was a sound. we had just put down our dog and wanted a place to hurt him, and my sil suggests sorrriso. So we went and I must say that I was fabulous! the martinis were great and perfect made, the eating was delicious and taylor made the experience super pleasant. the portions are quite large! and also quite reasonable esp at a time when it is so expensive. we went back last night and had the same great experience!

Had a reservation, but not a table on a wall. When we arrived, at least two were empty. I said there were no available and sat very close to the door. When we left 75-80 minutes later, these two were still empty. our server was very impersonal and not very attentive. we have eaten here many times and have been happy for the most part. the last two paintings in it was not very pleasant. we will probably not be once again as soon as we dinate in other Italian restaurants instead. disappoint because eating here is very good too excellent.

Eating for the greatest part was great! the service was bad! the waitress became very impatient with the food restrictions of my partner. they wait long for our dinner. 2. broth order was so hard that it could easily have broken a window. Bus boys were terrible, grab glasses and serviettes before we were finished! it was much better to visit our 2 previous ones.

Waitress was pleasant and efficient. Staff made sure our water and bread were refilled. When we asked the Hostess who I believe was the owner for a table away from the door she told us it was warm in there. Truth is every time someone opened the door cold air blew in. Chilly meal. Chances are I will not go back.
