Johnny Carino's - Frankfort

We decided to give them a try and let me tell you we will not be back. We not only waited for 30 minutes or longer to get a seat (they weren't even busy) we waited even longer just to get silverware so we could eat our dinner. Asked two different times and they never came back. Our waitress seemed to be more worried about a bigger party than our table. So, we sit there with our food getting cold in front of us. Finally, my husband grabbed someone and asked them for a manager. She came out and was very apologetic even took care of half of the bill but that still didn't fix the fact our dinner had been ruined. The food was very tasty even cold, it's a shame the customer service is **** here or we would of definitely came back just because of how good the food was.

In today's hurry up and wait world I have found a place to enjoy a relaxed dinner in a quiet clean restaurant. Johnny Carino's in Frankfort, Ky. has outstanding service, food and quality above most. There has never been a problem getting seated in an area we find easier to hear each other due to our hearing problems. When we ask for a particular area the staff doesn't hesitate to set us where we like. We never feel rushed and the staff keeps checking on our needs without us having to flag them down. We enjoy the service above all because in today's world everyone seems to always want to find something negative and never talks about what is good or what might bring a smile to someone day. Thank you to all the Staff and Management, a job well done. Parking: Plenty of parking spots.

Charged 27.00 for very small portion. Won't be going back. Wish I could leave a picture of amount I got??

I’m just going to say this… do NOT get the lobster ravioli ENTREE if you're hungry. It comes with literally SIX pieces of ravioli and they’re not very big, might I add. It was good, I’ll give it that but seriously? I’m not sure if they were running low or if that’s the amount it should come with but it was definitely a surprise.
